The International scientific and practical conference "European Union Growth and Republic of Belarus on New Border" was held from 18 till 19 May 2004 in Minsk. For participation in the conference were invited scientists, lecturers of universities, staff of scientific-research institutions, leaders and staff of ministries, institutions, doctoral students, PhD students and MSc students. Scientists from Belarus, Russia, France, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, China and other countries participated in the conference.
