UNDP staff awarded with the Certificates of Merit
15 January, 2008: By Order of the Chairman of the State Border Guards Committee of Belarus, Major-General Igor Rachkovsky, staff of the UNDP Office in Belarus were awarded with the Certificates of Merit of the State Border Guards Committee for the assistance in the implementation of the EU/UNDP Programme “Enhancing the System of Immigration Control at the State Border of the Republic of Belarus” (BOMBEL-2).
