In September 2015, the UN member states adopted the Agenda for Sustainable Development for the period until 2030 (Agenda-2030). 

In 2016 following the ‘UN 70 Belarus Express for SDGs’ initiative held in October 2015 and ‘Inclusive Belarus’ campaign held in November-December 2015 in Minsk, the United Nations in Belarus is launching a new nationwide ‘Inclusive Belarus: Leaving No One Behind in Reaching Sustainable Development Goals’ regional advocacy campaign focused on SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.

Photo project "People Plus" - it is 18 stories of people from different regions of Belarus, who are living with HIV and receiving antiretroviral therapy. The purpose of the project - to draw attention to HIV issues, to inform about the achievements in combating it.

The eight-day journey of the UN70 Belarus Express for SDGs train was an adventure like no other. Its seven-city whistle stop tour will be long remembered as a historic trip with lasting impact. The distinctive 10 blue carriages of the extraordinary locomotive brought messages that resonated far beyond the borders of Belarus to every continent around the world.
The UN70 Belarus Express was a shared dream of the United Nations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus. Its aim was to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the United Nations and to promote 17 Sustainable Development Goals that were adopted by the UN General Assembly in September 2015.
